Not notes. Not slides. A plan you can act on the same evening — built around your own numbers and goals.

- Emergency fund target calculated for your household size and income stability

- A personal goal-bucket map — each major goal with a timeline, target amount, and instrument match
- Monthly SIP amounts needed per goal — calculated in the room with your own numbers
Equity Investing Simplified

- Ability to read a basic earnings report and extract what matters — practised in the session
- A watchlist of 3–5 companies started in the room using the trainer's shortlisting framework
- One valuation ratio calibrated to the current market — what's cheap vs. expensive right now

- A debt instrument comparison guide — FD vs. debt fund vs. bond vs. G-Sec across risk, return, liquidity, and tax

- A portfolio review checklist — what to look at, how often, and what triggers a change vs. staying the course
- A tax-efficiency action list — two or three moves to reduce the tax drag on your current portfolio
This isn't a certificate programme. There are no slides to take home. What you leave with is a working plan — built around your actual numbers, in the room, with a trainer who can sense-check it on the spot.

- iqcommune is an all-under-one-roof platform for group and employee engagement. Trainers, speakers and performers enrol with us; you tell us what you need and we match and coordinate. There are three categories: Financial Literacy, Growth & Wellbeing and Live Experiences (the last two coming soon).
- Financial Literacy (live now) — focused modules, delivered in person, capped at 25 participants per session.
Growth & Wellbeing (coming soon) — personality development, public speaking, leadership, productivity, mental health and yoga & fitness, delivered in person, with no participant cap.
Live Experiences (coming soon) — magic and mentalist shows, live music, comedy, dance and cultural performances, and art & craft experiences, in person only, with no participant cap. - They are coming soon. Use the "Join the Waitlist" form, pick the category you are interested in, and we will tell you first when it opens in your city.
- One person from your group registers as the SPOC (primary contact) on behalf of everyone. You share the category, topic or act, group size, a preferred date window and where it will be held. We match a provider and confirm the schedule with you directly. Your group takes care of the venue — we handle the rest, from provider match to logistics on our end.
- Yes. You bring the group (your team) and we match the right provider around your schedule. This covers corporates, educational institutions, hospitals, media & production houses, AMCs & wealth tech firms, and any organisation looking to engage its people. Select Organisations & Institutions as your audience type in the "Join the Waitlist" form — we'll take it from there.
- All sessions are delivered in person — the provider comes to your venue, and your team is in the room together.
- Only Financial Literacy sessions are capped, at 25 participants, to keep the quality of conversation high. Growth & Wellbeing and Live Experiences have no participant cap — tell us your expected crowd size so we can match the right provider.
- For every session, the venue is entirely the requestor's responsibility — whether you are a group or an organisation. That covers the booking, the cost and any basic infrastructure the session needs. We coordinate the details with you and the provider before the session is confirmed, and handle the provider match, content and delivery.
- We match the provider to your category, topic or act, and your group. Every trainer, speaker and performer on iqcommune has enrolled with us as an independent professional, and we confirm the match with you before the session is locked in.
- Once a match is confirmed, we share the provider's full name, title and years of experience with you. Providers agree to this when they enrol with us. Providers are independent professionals, and iqcommune acts only as the platform that connects you.
- Yes — for any audience. Two related modules can run back-to-back as a single 6-hour session, delivered by one trainer end to end. Three combinations are available: Foundations of Personal Finance paired with Retirement & Goal-Based Financial Planning; Equity Investing Simplified paired with Debt & Fixed Income Investing; or Asset Allocation & Portfolio Construction paired with Investment Solutions & Portfolio Strategies. Select your audience type and topic in the "Join the Waitlist" form and we'll confirm bundle availability with you.
- Sessions are designed to educate — frameworks, concepts and your questions, not product pitches. Providers are independent professionals, and iqcommune has no commercial arrangement with any fund house, brokerage or insurance company through this programme. Any interaction or connection that happens between you and a provider outside the session is voluntary and entirely between the two of you; iqcommune is not a party to it.
- No. iqcommune is an independent platform. Providers may personally hold relevant certifications (CFP, NISM, etc.), but the sessions are not conducted on behalf of any regulator, distributor, or product company.
- Each session covers the framework and thinking behind a topic — not specific stock tips, fund recommendations, or portfolio advice. You'll leave understanding how to think about a problem, not with a list of things to buy. The trainer will use real examples from their own work, but the goal is your literacy — not their portfolio.
- No. They are awareness and skills sessions, not clinical counselling or treatment. If someone needs personal support, we encourage them to speak to a qualified professional.
Engaged teams don't happen by accident.
Tell us what you need and who it's for — we'll notify you the moment sessions open near you.
