Your skill. Your act.
We bring the audience.
iqcommune brings money, mind and morale together for groups and organisations. Providers enrol once, we bring the session requests, and every session delivered earns a revenue share.
No upfront fees. No sales work. We'll reach out within 2–3 working days.
What this means for you
A room that is already interested
Groups and organisations that came to us with a specific need — no cold audience, no convincing anyone to be there. You bring the expertise or the act; what happens in the room is yours to make of it.
The expensive part, already paid for
Finding and reaching people who actually want your session is usually the costliest part of building a practice. That part is on us — entirely.
Earn on the side — with zero sales effort
Revenue share per confirmed session. We bring the audience. You just show up and deliver.
Your craft, your way
Teach from your own experience or perform your own act. No slides to build, no curriculum to write, no script to follow.
One network, three categories
Financial Literacy, Growth & Wellbeing and Live Experiences. Choose the category that fits you and enrol the modules or acts you can credibly deliver. The last two are coming soon, and you can enrol now.
Your schedule
Sessions are infrequent and confirmed with you before anything is committed. Duration depends on the category and session, and is agreed with you up front.
In person, at a venue we sort out with the organiser
All sessions are delivered in person at a venue the organiser arranges — you don't book or pay for one. Audience sizes vary by category, from a focused room to a full stage.
- Sessions confirmed with you first
- No upfront fees — ever
- No sales or business development required
Three categories.

A proven act with a track record. Share a video or an Instagram or website link in your application so we can see your work.
Simple from your end.
Deliberately so.
We've structured this so your time investment is minimal — until you're actually in the room.
Step 1
Apply in 5 minutes
Tell us what you do, your experience, a link to your work and the modules or acts you'd deliver, plus a short note on why.
Step 2
We reach out
Within 2–3 working days. A brief conversation — no formal interview, no audition. Just a check for fit and intent.
Step 3
Get matched
We match you to modules that fit your expertise. When a request comes in, we check your availability first.
Step 4
Deliver & earn
Show up, deliver from your own experience or act, and engage the room. Revenue share is paid out after each confirmed session.
You take the stage.
We run everything behind it.
We've built the platform so you never have to do the work you didn't sign up for.
- Finding the group and bringing the request
- Matching you to the session
- Confirming your availability first
- Agreeing your revenue share
- Coordinating venue and logistics with the group
- Showing up prepared and on time
- Your expertise, your own material or your act
- Engaging the room in your own way
- Collecting the fee from the client
- Paying out your revenue share
This works well for some people.
Not for everyone.
This is a good fit if you…
- Are actively practising or performing in your field — employed, self-employed or independent
- Are comfortable delivering from your own experience, without a rigid script
- Are looking for additional bookings without any business development work
- Are available for at least one session every few months — and when you say yes, you see it through
- Are comfortable with your name, title and experience being shared with the session organiser
This is not for you if you…
- Are not currently active in your field and want to start from scratch
- Are looking for a regular and guaranteed monthly income
- Say yes to sessions and then become unavailable — reliability matters more than frequency
- Have no track record yet — we look for proven experience or a proven act in your category
- Are not comfortable with your name, title and experience being shared with the session organiser
What gets shared.
Only with your consent.
Simple and upfront — here is exactly what a client sees about you.
What's shared when a session is confirmed?
Once a match is confirmed, we share a short professional profile with the organiser. You agree to this when you apply.
- Your full name
- Your title
- Your years of experience
iqcommune is the platform that connects you with groups and organisations. This programme is aimed at independent professionals, but if you are employed and would like to enrol, that is entirely your decision.
Five minutes.
That's all we ask.
No formal interview or audition. Tell us who you are and what you do — we'll take it from there.
- We bring the audience — you focus on the session
- Sessions confirmed with you first, on your schedule
- Do what you already do — no new material needed
Things providers ask.
Honest answers — no fine print.
- Trainers, coaches, speakers, performers and finance professionals who are good at what they do. For Financial Literacy we look for at least 5 years of hands-on experience. For Growth & Wellbeing we look for relevant training, certification or proven facilitation experience — and mental health sessions must be delivered by a qualified professional. For Live Experiences we look for a proven act with a track record, so a video or Instagram link helps. Employed, self-employed, independent or a group — all are welcome.
- iqcommune is an aggregator. Groups and organisations send us a request for a session; we match it to an enrolled provider, confirm your availability first and handle the coordination. You deliver, and you earn a revenue share on every confirmed session.
- Once a match is confirmed, we share your full name, title and years of experience with the session organiser. You consent to this when you apply. Nothing else is shared with the client at that stage.
- This programme is aimed at independent professionals, but if you are employed and want to enrol, that is entirely your decision.
- Revenue share is not a fixed percentage. It is worked out for each session, depending on factors such as category, module or act, session length and audience, and confirmed with you before the session consent is sent to you. You always know exactly what you will earn before you confirm a session.
- No. You deliver from your own experience or your own act — no deck, no curriculum, no script. We share a short brief (what the audience expects), and what happens in the room is driven by you and the group.
- You choose one category and can select every module in it that you can credibly deliver. If you work across categories, mention it when we reach out.
- Only for Financial Literacy: a booking can request two related modules back-to-back as a single 6-hour session. Three pairings are available: Foundations with Retirement & Goal-Based Planning; Equity Investing with Debt & Fixed Income; and Asset Allocation with Investment Solutions. This only happens when one provider can credibly cover both. We check with you before confirming and your revenue share reflects the longer session.
- All sessions are delivered in person, at the organiser's venue.
- Financial Literacy sessions are capped at 25 participants. Growth & Wellbeing and Live Experiences have no cap, so expect larger rooms and stages for annual days and offsites.
- The requester arranges the venue for every session. We confirm the details with you before the date.
- We typically confirm sessions 1–2 weeks in advance, and always check your availability first. You are never committed to a session you did not agree to. If timing doesn't work, we find another provider — no pressure, no obligation.
- No. The empanelment is non-exclusive. You are free to run your own independent sessions, shows or workshops.
- This application only covers who you are and what you do. Once you are empanelled, our finance team will reach out separately to set up payment and invoicing details with you.
